Welcome to GraffitiGenerator.app. By accessing or purchasing services through our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Commercial License & Intellectual Property Rights

All vector graphics, 3D chrome letterings, and AI street art rendered through our platform (both free vector exports and paid AI credit renders) include a Full Commercial Apparel & Merchandising License.

You are granted full worldwide rights to print, sell, and distribute exported designs on physical merchandise (t-shirts, hoodies, stickers, brand logos, posters).
You retain rights to digital merchandise and client design deliverables created using our studio.

2. Subscription Plans, Billing & Pricing

GraffitiGenerator.app offers freemium access alongside paid subscription plans and credit top-up packs processed via Stripe:

STARTER Plan:$19.99/month (or $9.99/month billed annually at $119.88). Includes 300 AI Credits per month (~150 AI images @ 1K resolution).

PRO Plan:$39.99/month (or $19.99/month billed annually at $239.88). Includes 1,300 AI Credits per month (~650 AI images @ 1K resolution), 4K resolution exports, custom collections & public portfolio links.

Lifetime Credit Pack ($59.99 One-Time):Single credit refill of 2,800 AI Credits (~1,400 AI images). Credits never expire and do not auto-renew.

3. Credit Deduction & Resolution Costs

AI image generation credit deduction is determined by resolution selection:
• 1K Resolution: 2 Credits / Image
• 2K Resolution: 5 Credits / Image
• 4K Resolution: 10 Credits / Image

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time in your Dashboard. For detailed refund criteria and 7-day money-back terms, please review our official Refund & Cancellation Policy.
