Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GraffitiGenerator.app, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to be completely confident when purchasing our AI Graffiti Credits and Subscription Plans. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding refunds, credit top-ups, and subscription cancellations processed securely via Stripe.

1. Subscription Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your STARTER ($19.99/mo or $9.99/mo annual) or PRO ($39.99/mo or $19.99/mo annual) subscription at any time without penalty.
  • Continued Access: Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle. You will retain full access to your remaining monthly AI credits and Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • Self-Service: You can manage or cancel your active subscription directly via your Account Dashboard or by emailing customer support.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Unused Subscriptions):If you subscribe to a monthly or annual plan and have not used any AI credits within 7 days of initial payment, you are eligible for a 100% full refund upon request.
Service Disruption & Technical Defects:If system errors or server outages prevent your paid AI generation requests from processing and credits are deducted without outputting an image, we will automatically credit your account or issue a full refund upon verification.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Partially Used Subscription Credits: Once credits from a subscription period have been consumed for AI image renders, that billing cycle is non-refundable.
  • Lifetime Top-Up Packs ($59.99 One-Time): Once a single credit refill pack is purchased and credits are partially/fully spent on AI image renders, the payment is non-refundable. If unspent, a refund request can be submitted within 7 days.

4. How to Request a Refund
